Thanks for attending the Family Reunion on the weekend of June 21st to 23rd, 2013 in Mahomet, Illinois  !  

The Klingbeil sisters (seen in 2010, way, way in the back, by the big pine tree) had planned your gathering of the extended Rattasep-Riske-Klingbeil family reunion.  Details evolved (rain happens), and flexibility was a keynote, as items were specified on the links of this website.  Sharing time, to permit an opportunity for all of us to become 're-acquainted,' became a wonderfully important step for our family.

Our shared FAVORITE HOLIDAY RECIPES have been a VERY popular feature of past reunions.  Digital communications are certainly more contemporary.

Everyone who comes to Mahomet will automatically receive the .pdf after the re-union.

Printed copies will only be sent to those who mail recipes.

Tentative Schedule

Friday 6/21
-  Arrive and become settled !
-  Puzzle Hunt (with family themes) 
-  Evening picnic of hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, sides of munchies with salads, vegetables, dip and desserts
-  Family connections may require a scorecard, or at least a basic orientation.


Saturday 6/22
- Morning photograph after hotel b'fast, with lunch at Cozzene Drive
-  Afternoon with games and  Local Attractions for every age
- Pulled Pork for dinner 
- Folk dancing for all ages, recalling traditions from the 18th century


Sunday 6/23
- Service at Lake of the Woods, and Brunch
